Product Information Exchange
ScriptPro is committed to promoting medication dispensing
safety and compliance, and therefore, has created the Product Information
Exchange. This program’s mission is to work with the pharmaceutical
community to supply pharmacists with the most complete and accurate
product information through the ScriptPro Drug Database.
The Product Information Exchange is twofold. Here
is how it works:

When a pharmaceutical company introduces a
new product to the market or has changes to an existing product,
the company includes ScriptPro in its change notification
procedure. After receiving the notification, we update our
drug database accordingly.

Our customers also let us know when changes
to our drug database are required. The pharmacist simply fills
out the Drug
Information Form and submits it online or via mail to
the Drug Database Department where the update is received
and recorded in the database.
